In this first episode, Sam Manchulenko and I talk about finding your path through all of the twist and turns in life. We discuss some principles of yoga that we have adapted into our lives off the mat. We also spend a lot of time talking about self-compassion - how important it is and some thoughts on how to find more self-compassion in your life.
Sam Manchulenko is a professional dancer and Dharma Yoga instructor living in Winnipeg, Canada. She is the creator of the Abhyasa Living Yoga Teacher Training and a mentor in the Dharma Yoga Center’s Life of a Yogi Teacher Training Programs.
